1.We see a total of 3,642 permanent closures in the US in November 2020

- Q2 = 10,179
- Q3 = 20,726
- Q4 = 4,742 -> What will December bring us?
2. In November the 5 main states who closed permanently their doors (#of permanently closures vs. # of total restaurants):

- DC – DE – HI – LA – CA
- The biggest market is of course CA representing 11.6% of the total market
- Whereas DC – DE – HI only represents 1,1% for the 3 together
- LA represents 1.4% on its own
3. In November the 5 main market segments that closed permanently their doors (#of permanent closures vs. # of total restaurants):

- Buffet – Fine Dining – 5*Luxury hotel with Restaurant – Upscale Dining – Casual Dining
- Buffet – Fine Dining – 5* – upscale dining only represents 4% of the total market
- Casual dining, represents a big pie of the market with a marketshare of 26%
